Our technologic reference world is screws-bolts making but we are specialized in non standard items. Our product often were produced by turning or die-casting. Our production, starting from non-standard screws and bolts, moves to mechanical components, axles, pins, gears, rivets with various shapes on customer demand. Standard worked materials are Bolts materials in low resistance (4.8 class) medium and high resistance (6.8 ?V 8.8 ?V 10.9 classes). On customer request we produce in stainless steel (grade AISI 304, 430 ?K) , brass, aluminium, copper and others. Dimension range is limited by raw material dimension (Wire ??16 mm) for a pressed max ?? of about 30 mm on length till 160-180 mm. Our main job is cold forming on multi-die presses, we add reprises jobs (thread rolling, shape rolling, drilling, turning, inner threading, cutting and others) Where necessary we complete production cycle with a final optical control (with automated electronic optical systems). Our product are employed in different areas. We can??t say everyone but main are electrical, furniture, automotive, motorcycle, toys, sports and many more.. Arlem??s not common competence and technology in tooling projecting made us no more only suppliers but also affordable partners for our customer??s commercial and technical offices. We are able to cooperate in developing new product or re-engineering old items to be produced by cold forming improving quality , price , tech capability.
