TES VSET??N manufactures following electrical machines and parts for motors and generators and also components for general engineering (subcontracting):: ?E laminations and other sheet metal products for electric machines ?E welded parts ?E machined parts ?E tools (mainly for pressing) ?E wound parts - synchronous generators up to 15 MVA - asynchronous generators up to 1,500 kW - asynchronous motors fed from frequency converters, up to 1,500 kW - DC motors up to 1,000 kW - induction voltage regulators up to 1,400 kVA - large motors and generators with permanent magnets Examples of products: ?n Shafts max.dia 1050 mm, length max. 3900 mm, weight up to 6 t Rolled nebo forged material Shields max.dia 3500 mm, weight up to 50 t Frames max.dia 3500 mm, height max. 2800 mm, weight up to 50 t We offer piece or batch production, high flexibility and realiability of quality and delivery times. Complete technologies available : Press shop, toolings, welding, machining, winding, impregnation, assembly, test field, 2D and 3D design Our manufacturing tradition dates back to 1919. Company certification ISO EN 9001: 2008, welding certification ISO EN 3834-2.
