Founded in 1981 by Mr. Jo??o Catarino, Moldes Catarino is a Portuguese company of conception, manufacture, trials and pre-productions of plastic injection moulds. For the complete satisfaction of our customers?? needs and expectations, we offer a large service from project, conception, follow-up and manufacture to trial and pre-productions of plastic injection moulds. Since our foundation, our main target is the total satisfaction of our customers, ranking first the great quality of our products and services. Today, customers from various parts of the world confirm that from 25 years ago, we have been following the market evolution, always keeping our initial principle. Equipped with a state-of-the-art machinery park and CAD/CAM systems, we are able to build efficiently the most complex and difficult parts for the most demanding customers. In a 1.400 m2 area and with 36 employees, we have the capacity to produce moulds up to 20 tons and 2.000 mm x 1.100 mm. Our continuous equipment modernization and our skilled technical teams allow us to produce high quality moulds with short delivery time and competitive prices. We have a Quality Management System, certified by the ISO 9001/2000 Norm for ??Conception and Manufacture of Moulds for the Plastics Injection??. To us, Quality is not only a set of Norms, it is the complete satisfaction of our customers, therefore we possess dimensional control equipment. The dimensional control is made during the various steps of the productive process in order to guarantee the determined specifications. Our main goal is to satisfy totally our customers.
