The Stellram 1B insert is available in a choice of hard-wearing grades comprising of SP0819, which is designed for high cutting speeds on difficult-to-machine materials, and Nitro-Lok® coated NL37, designed for high cutting speeds in unalloyed and alloyed steels. These grade and coating technologies, combined with this unique geometry, not only boost productivity but improve component integrity.
