Duraflex New Hydroformer machine & tooling creates 4'long 6” ID Hydroformed Bellows!
Our new “Scalable Platen” allows us to create hydroformed bellows in lengths & diameters not achievable by previous methods. Current ID limitations are 36” or less & limited to lengths under 25 Feet. - Finish is 2B (Bright), Process water is deionized & reverse osmosis controlled. - Bellows are ready, as formed (post drying), for UHV & SemiConductor. - Clean Room direct service. - End configurations can be designed & prebuilt into tooling to create bellows with choice of weld free end geometry assemblies.
